To ensure that individuals, both internally and externally, feel secure in reporting any irregularities within MENSEN’s operations, we have developed a whistleblower form. This form allows individuals to contact us anonymously. The tip is automatically sent to both the office and the board to ensure that the message reaches all parts of the organization and eliminate the risk of an individual being able to delete the message before everyone becomes aware of its content. Upon receiving a tip, an investigation is initiated.
